  • Nate wasn't expecting to see so many people there so early
  • He has a lot of things in common with Kol - he's also a bit of a loner

Fallen: Religious subtext & the Originals

For some time now I’ve wanted to do a sort-of meta on the christian subtext/connections regarding the Originals mythos. I’m not arguing this is a perfect fit, that it was intentional on the writers’ part, or that it is pervasive. I will however explore the topic in a casual way that should be interesting regardless. I’ll be using John Milton’s fallen angels rather than the bible or anything like that. Let’s get started. (p.s with caps!)
