night of the wolf

my vision for an Originals spin-off, requested by msklausmikaelson

Logline: Contemporary NYC- a wealthy, manipulative family is harbouring a dark secret of their own; a secret that, if revealed, would mean there would be hell to pay… literally. -Original
Structure of the series: Mini-series, with three seasons, airing on HBO. Each episode is set in the 21st century, but most include flashbacks to previous times.
Lead cast:
Daniel Gillies as Elijah Original: Elijah is the president of the family company, which consists mostly of real estate holdings and working the stock market using inside tips. Elijah is struggling to hold it all together, as his playboy brother Kol wreaks havoc on the corporate identity after a large scandal is revealed in episode 1x01. He is also trying to learn to trust Niklaus again, and, perhaps learn to trust his own heart?
Joseph Morgan as Klaus Original: Klaus is the face of the company, and is constantly butting heads with his younger sister Rebekah, with whom he shares a penthouse. Since he is no longer able to create any vampires, he relies on Rebekah to turn those humans he finds valuable, but she is chafing under those obligations. How can Klaus convince his family to trust him again, when he still has so many secrets from the past left to be revealed? Stakes are higher than ever for Klaus, now that they have a global identity and are no longer low-profile. Can he protect his family from their greatest threat…himself?
Claire Holt as Rebekah Original: Rebekah revels in the structure of their new life. She finally has a home, her family, and security. Now if only she could have some excitement. When an old friend from the past, played by Phoebe Tonkin, comes to NYC to seek her out, all hell breaks loose.
Nathaniel Buzolic as Kol: Kol appears mainly through flashbacks, but does make guest appearances in the 21st century as well. Kol would not agree to living quietly, and as such is given access to his own Swiss bank account, under the promise that he should not ever try to acknowledge the Original corporate family as his own. Niklaus makes another pact with the brother, allowing Kol to visit his home to see their sister without Elijah knowing, so long as Kol keeps a few choice secrets of the past to himself… Unfortunately, Kol isn’t usually very good at following the rules. What will happen when he breaks them? Finally, the audience finds out why Niklaus and Elijah fear their younger sibling, and why Rebekah is so close to him.
Special appearances by the characters Mikael, Esther, Henrik, Finn, Sage, and Tatia also occur. New characters include an as-yet uncast female, mid thirties, who seeks a position on the board of  Original corp and isn’t all that she appears.  Also, Ben Barnes will play a former love interest of Rebekah’s, who she believes died fighting in the Crusades… but did he?

Anonymous asked: "Sorry to bother you with yet another question, (I'm done with my exams you see, now I'm bored) but I was wondering what you thought of Klefan? Personally I think that just like Klebekah it makes scenes so much more interesting. (and it's practically cannon, or at least the Klaus side of it) Do you think it interferes with Klebekah?"

OH GOD YES (obviously this is not a bother, I’m enjoying it. And htfdjgdgkjdkfgjdlksjglk CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! Hope they went ok!)

Stefan wants Rebekah who wants Klaus who wants Stefan who wants Klaus who wants Rebekah who wants freedom. Yes good.

I don’t think it interferes in any way, since they both uphold each other and serve separate purposes.

Stefan is a sort of wish fulfilment for Klaus, in a way that Rebekah never can be. Rebekah is the permanent relationship in his existence in a way that no one else can ever come close to.

Plus, Stefan has sex with Rebekah, the female version of Klaus… are you kidding me? How do people NOT ship it in some form? Klaus watching them both together, having the Jazz Age be his favorite? He covets them both, obviously.

Anonymous asked: "What are your top three (or however many!) Klaus and Rebekah episodes?"

ughhhhhhhhhhh. They haven’t even had that many, but all their scenes are ACE.

  • 3x03, obviously.
  • 3x10 how Klaus is so intent on finding her, and then he cries ugh
  • 3x08 started everything

But it’s hard because just, every time that Rebekah and Klaus are together it is hilarious or heartbreaking. The scene where she is all “is that how you would speak of me if I died”, I cried and cried and cried. It was like the apocalypse. I love all their episodes, though. I’ve rewatched them so many times when did this obsession happen I don’t even know because I only started loving it in 3x13 this is seriously the biggest mystery of my life bc I honestly have no idea how or why, or even remember watching it last year

I hope we get some deleted scenes, or omfg a commentary, on the dvds.

sinaxi replied to your post: sinaxi replied to your post: So how often do you…

So you don’t think when she said she’s disappointed him several times that she meant it literally as in he daggered her? Because the question she was answering was why she sticks by Klaus despite him putting her in a coffin. That is what it implies.

I know, I know. But I think that the 3x03 scene is much more powerful if this is the first time he has done this. However, if he has daggered her before and yet he still reacts so strongly to doing it again…

Anonymous asked: "You've corrupted me with your Klebekah posts. Just now I was watching a video about Rebekah/Klaus (as brother and sister, the description said) and one of the top rated comments was: ''I wish I had a relationship with my brother like that.'' My first thought was: ''What? You want to have sex with your brother?'' Then I realized that wasn't cannon (yet)."

Lol yesssssss. I know the vidder you are talking about. Hers are the best, but she insists she doesn’t “ship” them, yes.

omfg. uhm. No part of that relationship should be up for replication. Yes, I’d love a misogynistic, murdering older brother who likes to push me around and lock me in a box. All of that sounds great. LMAO.

Also, totally canon. They are both sadists, and they torture together. That is totally a sex scene, since I think they both get off on it. Siblings that slay together stay together!
